Before registering, we kindly request that you review our guidelines and policy for a seamless experience.

Classes:

Our classes can be anywhere from 60 minutes to 4 hours, offering a well-rounded and engaging experience for aspiring rhythmic gymnasts.

Drop off and Pick up:

To ensure a smooth flow, we kindly request parents to have their children arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. Our coach will pick up the children from the front desk five minutes before the session begins. Please note that late arrivals will not be admitted, and the fee is non-negotiable.

When it’s time to pick up your child, please promptly collect them at the front desk.

Please inform us if someone other than the parent or guardian will be picking up your child, and provide a list of all authorized individuals for account pick-up.

Gym Rules:

  • No cell phones during class
  • Students need to dress according to the club dress code.
  • No street shoes on the carpets
  • No food or gum in the gym ( water bottle is okay )
  • No video recording or pictures without permission during the classes.
  • Our gymnasium is dedicated to our gymnasts during classes. While we appreciate the support of guardians and parents, we kindly request that they do not observe weekly classes at the gym. However, we organize designated observation weeks throughout the year for family members to witness their gymnast’s progress.

Uniform:

To ensure a cohesive look, gymnasts are requested to wear a leotard or shorts with a top or leggings and a closely fitting T-shirt, all in black, dark blue, or dark green shades for rhythmic gymnastics class. Uniforms can also be ordered from us, and white socks or half-shoes are required footwear. Hair should be neatly styled in a bun or ponytail, and accessories such as watches and jewelry are not permitted.

Questions to the coach:

Our coach will be available 20 minutes before the first session and after the last class to address any queries. Please communicate with the coach in advance to schedule a meeting. As the coach’s time is dedicated to the lesson during pick-up and drop-off, additional time cannot be requested. Feel free to contact them via text or email for any time-sensitive information.

Payment:

To register for classes, a credit card is required to be on file. We accept credit card payments exclusively through our website, and other payment methods are strictly prohibited. Tuition is debited on the first day of each month, and you have the option to choose between auto payment or manual payment via our portal.

Sibling Discounts:

We are pleased to offer sibling discounts, granting 10% off for the second, third, and fourth child.

Make-up Policy:

Registration and payment to PDX Rhythmic Ballet Dance reserves a student’s place in the session, regardless of attendance. Session prices will not be prorated, refunded, or credited for missed classes, as our cost for space rental and coaching fees does not change based upon the number of children attending class. As a courtesy to our parents and students, PDXRBD allows a single make up class per session, based upon prior arrangement with the Coach, and within that current session, only for students currently registered within the program and attending the current session. The makeup class must be pre approved by a Coach to ensure there is availability in the class, as our small gymnast to coach ratio is important to PDXRBD.

Drop Policy:

For cancellation requests, we require a 30-day notice period before the beginning of each new month. Please submit the drop request through text, email, or our website’s portal. Verbal drop requests will not be honored. Kindly note that you remain responsible for payment until your drop request is approved or the school year ends.
