Our little stars program is designed to develop a child’s rhythmic gymnastics skills as well as foster socio-cognitive growth within a positive, energetic environment. Our structured lesson plans offer developmentally appropriate rhythmic gymnastics that incorporates learning-based games, songs, and activities to teach fundamental rhythmic gymnastics skills. Additionally, our little star rhythmic gymnasts will acquire skills transferable to school and playground atmospheres including improved balance and coordination, confidence, and knowledge of how to safely land.
Our little stars program is for children ages 3-5 and above, and initial class placement is based on age. As we do not have sessions, feel free to join a class anytime! schedule your free trial class, and we are here to answer any of your questions.
Please note: Students ages 4 and below must have a responsible adult with them during the whole training time
Our little stars classes will introduce participating rhythmic gymnasts to the following apparatuses:
- Preschool Balls
- Preschool Rope
- Preschool Ribbon
- Preschool Hoop
Little stars classes will teach a variety of skills taught in simple progressions which will allow for the growth and success of each athlete.
